The participation of a worker to a canine show, with his own Pit Bull while on sick leave, and his carrying out a removal of furniture, which was not compatible with his pathology (spine rachis, and knee ailment), during said sick leave, excluded the possibility that his dismissal was retaliatory or discriminatory.

The carrying out by the worker of a physical activity during his sick leave meant either that the malady was inexistent or that the worker was grossly negligent in his recovery.

Such conduct qualified as breach of bona fide.
